The following terms and conditions, along with the general Canon USA's Terms of Use, govern your use of Canon USA’s Try My Photo program:

• This service is only available to legal residents of the United States and Washington DC .
• You may submit 1 sample print per printer per household.
• Electronic images are not returned.  This is not an archival site; please make back-up copies of your images.
• The image must be submitted in a file size no smaller than 1Mb and no greater than 10Mb.
• Canon USA anticipates that once your image is received and processed, you should receive your photo in 10-14 business days via regular US mail.   Only valid U.S. street addresses will be accepted; no PO boxes.
• BY SUBMITTING AN IMAGE FOR PRINTING, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM CANON USA ABOUT ITS CONSUMER IMAGING PRODUCTS.  Please see Canon USA's Privacy Statement for further information. 
• Canon USA is not responsible for corrupt or damaged files.
• Canon USA is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected mail.
• You agree not to submit images that are or could reasonably be construed as: (i) false; (ii) defamatory, libelous, obscene, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory or blasphemous; (iii) in breach of any obligation of confidence or privacy or any trade secret; (iv) infringing the proprietary rights of any third party or for which you have not obtained all necessary releases, licenses and/or approvals; or (v) violating any other law, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canon USA and its parent and subsidiaries for any resulting liability due to a breach hereof.
• You also agree not to submit any image which could reasonably be held to constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of any country or other competent authority, or infringe the rights of any third party enforceable in any part of the world, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canon USA and its parent and subsidiaries for any resulting liability due to a breach hereof.
• Canon USA , or a third party on behalf of Canon USA , may disclose information, including without limitation, information concerning you, or a transmission made using this service, in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, summons, discovery request, warrant, statute, regulation, governmental request, or legal requirement.  Canon USA assumes no obligation to inform you that your information has been provided and in some cases may be prohibited by law from giving such notice.  Finally, Canon USA may disclose your information or information transmitted by you where necessary to protect others from harm. 
• Canon USA may reject any image for any reason whatsoever; should Canon USA reject your submission, your email address will be removed from the Try My Photo database.
