How do I upload my photos?

You must click on the Browse button, click to select the image you want to upload, than click Open Click on Upload Your Favorite Image.

What type of file format I can upload?

Only JPEG format is accepted.

How do I convert my image to JPEG?

Please see your camera documentation on how to convert file format other than jpeg to jpeg.

Is there a limit of number of photos I can upload?

Yes. One customer can only upload 1 image per printer per household. If you want to compare multiple print samples please return to request a print sample page after you have submitted your first request. You will have the opportunity to select from a list of remaining printers available.

What is the maximum file size?

Maximum file size is 10 MB.

How do we reduce the file size?

Please consult your camera manufacturer for guideline on reducing file size.

What is the paper type and paper size will I be getting?

Canon will print your eligible image using your selection of one of the following paper types on PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II and Pro9500 Mark II:

• Photo Paper Plus Semi-Gloss 8" x 10"
• Photo Paper Plus Glossy 8.5" x 11"
• Fine Art Photo Rag letter size 8.5" x 11"
• Matte Photo Paper letter size 8.5" x 11"

Canon will print the optional print image when selected, using Photo Paper Plus Glossy II 8.5" x 11" on PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II and Pro9500 Mark II.

When can I receive my photo?

Print sample will be shipped approximately 5 days after we send a receipt confirmation/notification via e-mail to our customer.
